At Blackbird Wine & Co, we use premium packaging to ensure that your products arrive safely and without any damage. We strive to deliver your order within 2-7 days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may vary. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blackbird Wine & Co. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
